
Ugonna Ofonagoro-Adeosun
Ugonna is a Research Associate at the Institute for better Health where she coordinates the co-design projects. In Her past role as Projects Lead at EpiAFRIC, she Led the “Health Meets Tech” Initiative across Africa – bringing health and tech experts together with community members to develop tech solutions to improve health care systems across Africa. She organised 6 hackathons in Lagos, Abuja, Nairobi Johannesburg and a PAN African Hybrid hackathon. She has years of experience in conference and policy dialogue content production, program design and evaluation, health communication and advocacy. Ugonna is passionate about digital health systems and adopting systematic approaches for providing quality services with community members at the heart of design. Ugonna is a pharmaceutical and cosmetic scientist with a masters in pharmaceutical quality by design.
