Joanna Dos Santos is a Research Associate I at the Institute for Better Health, with a strong background in public health research and a focus on health equity. She holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Wilfrid Laurier University. Joanna’s research interests are centered around identifying and addressing barriers to care, with an emphasis on the role of community involvement in shaping meaningful, impactful solutions. She is passionate about utilizing mixed methods research, combining community engagement with robust statistical analysis, to drive positive change in public health.
