Fariha supports all of the departments within the Institute For Better Health. She completed her CPA CMA Accounting Designation in 2014 and obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University in 2012. Fariha is responsible for the effective financial stewardship of the Institute for Better for Health’s core operations, projects and award. Fariha’s area of work includes: accounting, budgeting, financial planning, analysis and reporting functions of the Institute. Her role requires applying THP’s financial accounting policies in the research and innovation division in the administration of funds, identify improvements to financial controls, ongoing analysis of current state and project fund tracking, as well as budget development, program efficiency plans and future projection planning. Fariha enjoys working in research and being a contributing member of the Ontario health care industry.
