Thank you for your interest the Peel Community Flourishing Survey. This study is being conducted by a research team at the Institute for Better Health, led by Dr. Laura Rosella.
This a 10-minute survey that consists of a series of questions about your experience related to various aspects of community wellbeing (health, social, environmental, economic, culture, and political). Findings from this survey will help improve programs, policies, development, and planning in Peel.
The survey is offered in the following languages: English, French, Punjabi, Urdu, Simplified Chinese, and Arabic. Please select your preferred language at the beginning of the survey.
To be eligible to participate, individuals must be 18 years or older and reside in the Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton, or Caledon). If you have already participated in this survey through a panel or market research provider, you are ineligible to participate again.

About the project
This is the second wave of a multi-year survey to explore how people living in the Peel Region (including Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon) view the wellbeing and flourishing in their local communities. This survey measures community belonging, thriving and flourishing, which are essential for planning for a healthier community. Questions on this survey have been validated and informed by previous work by the Population Health Analytics Lab led by Dr. Rosella.
Findings from this survey will be summarized and shared publicly with the Peel community. You can find the results from the first wave of the survey here. With these insights on the Peel population, local organizations, leaders, and decision-makers will be able to improve programs, policies, development, and planning in Peel.
